Biographical Information

Kazuhiro Kobayashi signed with the Yakult Swallows in 1988, but he never reached the big club and he announced his retirement in 1991. He then became an umpire in the Central League in 1993. He has worked the 2007 NPB All-Star Game, 2015 NPB All-Star Game, 2012 Japan Series, 2016 Japan Series, 2017 Asia Professional Baseball Championship and 2022 NPB All-Star Game.
