Biographical Information

Katsuyoshi Shiotsuki was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 4th round of the 1974 NPB draft, and he only pitched 9 games for the big club before he announced his retirement in 1979. He led the Eastern League in wins in 1977, and he completed a no-hitter there in 1976.
