Biographical Information

Katsutaro Arai signed with the Taiyo Whales in 1978, and he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first two seasons. He was 1-2 with a 5.00 ERA in 1981, and he didn't reach the big club again before announced his retirement in 1983.
