Biographical Information

Jorman Alcala has been on the Croatian national team.

Playing for Olimpija Karlovac in the 2022 Confederation Cup, he hit .188/.222/.250. In the 2023 Confederation Cup, he improved to .286/.375/.429. He hit a whopping .643/.737/.643 with 3 runs and 3 RBI in 5 games in the 2024 European Cup. He amazingly was only third in average, 3rd in OBP and tied for 4th in hits (9). He led with 22 assists (4 ahead of Emmanuel Febles). With Karlovac in the 2025 European Champions Cup, he was at .250/.333/.313 with 5 RBI in four games. He tied for 6th in RBI with Ryan Johnson, Maurice Bendrien and Gary Owens. He also tied for 4th with 10 assists.

Making it to Croatia's national team for the 2025 European Championship, he was their primary second baseman. He started their tourney strong by doubling off Sean Fekete of Hungary to open their first game, then scoring on a Jantzen Witte hit. He hit .192/.241/.231 with 3 runs and a RBI in 7 games for the event, fielding .923. He was one of several Venezuelan natives on the team.
