Biographical Information[edit]
JP Fasone played collage ball at Whittier College for one year before transferring to the University of Dallas. Fasone graduated in 2017 with a degree in Mathematics. He continued as a UD student and earned a master's in Secondary Education and Teaching. While working on his master's, Fasone served as a Crusaders' volunteer assistant coach in 2018-2019. He then moved to Lamar Community College as a part-time assistant coach with the Antelopes in 2020-2021. Fasone left college coaching in May, 2021 to join Driveline Baseball as a Hitting Trainer, a position he held through 2023.
The Boston Red Sox hired Fasone in 2024 as a hitting coach for the Greenville Drive. He continued in that role in 2025.
