Irmo Figueroa

Irmo Figueroa starred for the Puerto Rican national team in the 1959 Pan American Games, leading the Games with a .500 average to help Puerto Rico win the Silver Medal. He also helped Puerto Rico to a Silver in the 1962 Central American and Caribbean Games. He hit .535 for the Maceteros de Vega Alta (54 for 101) in 1963; through 2011, it was the 4th-highest average in Puerto Rico's Doble-A league. His number was retired by the Maceteros.
