Hon-Kiu Chiang represented Hong Kong in the 2006 Asian Baseball Cup and 2009 Asian Baseball Cup. He coached for the Hong Kong women's national baseball team at the 2006 Women's Baseball World Cup, and he managed Hong Kong in the 2011 U-12 Baseball World Cup..
