Biographical Information

Hitoto Komazuki was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 3rd round of the 2011 NPB draft, and he spent his first seven seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues. He was 1-for-7 in 2019, but he didn't reach the big club again before announced his retirement in 2021. His 11 homers in 2015 tied Taishi Ohta and Hotaka Yamakawa for third in the Eastern League. He showed good pop in his career, with 54 HR in 1,363 AB in the minors but hit only .220 as a pro, striking out in about a third of his at-bats.
