Biographical Information

Hisashi Kimura signed with the Hankyu Braves in 1961, and he hit .074/.194/.111 in 32 plate appearances over 28 games in his first season as their third-string catcher. He had a .233/.258/.333 batting line in 24 games in 1962, and he only got 6 more at-bats before he announced his retirement in 1963.
