Hill Denson

Hill Denson has won over 1,000 games as a college coach.

Denson coached for Callaway High School, Manhattan High School and Chamberlain-Hunt Military Academy. He was later assistant coach at Vanderbilt University and did promotions for the Nashville Sounds. He was head coach at the University of Southern Mississippi from 1984-1997, being named Metro Conference Coach of the Year twice and setting a school record with 42 wins in 1990. He coached Bill Selby and Kevin Young while there.

Denson then was head coach of Belhaven University. After 30 years in coaching, he was 994-682-2. He took the team to the 2010 NAIA College World Series.
