Biographical Information[edit]
Hideshi Nakada was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 5th round of the 1983 NPB draft, and he was 4-for-28 in 1985. He only played 3 games in 1986, and he collected 2 hits in 27 at-bats in 1987. Nakada was 0-for-8 in 1988, then he hit .170/.264/.170 in 40 games in 1989. He only got 14 more at-bats before he announced his retirement in 1995, and he was the assistant battery coach of the Lions from 2010 to 2012.
