Biographical Information

Henry Garcés (listed as Garses in the IBAF reports) was 0-1 with a 14.73 ERA and 3.27 WHIP in three games for the Colombian national team in the 1994 Baseball World Cup; he lost to Nicaragua's Orlando Cuevas. A highlight was two shutout innings against champion Cuba.
