Biographical Information[edit]
Grant Becker was on Team Canada
Becker was his high school's starting point guard in addition to being a baseball star. At San Francisco State, he stole 55 bases in 32 games, finishing second in the country in swipes. [1] In 1975, he played for Red Deer, leading the Alberta Major League with 26 runs while hitting .306. [2] He was with Canada for the 1977 Intercontinental Cup. [3]
