Biographical Information

Go Ono was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 7th round of the 2000 NPB draft, and he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues before the Giants released him in 2002. He then pitched for T&A San Marino in 2003 (going 3-5 with a 4.41 ERA), and he signed with the Seibu Lions. Ono recorded a 5.30 ERA in 11 games in 2004, and he only pitched one more game before he announced his retirement in 2006.
