Biographical Information

Fumiya Kambe was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 3rd round of the development phase in the 2016 NPB draft, and he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first two seasons. He notched 8 holds with a 3.86 ERA in 19 appearances in 2019, but he allowed 7 runs in 5 2/3 innings in 2020. Kambe didn't reach the top team in 2021, and he announced his retirement.
