Biographical Information[edit]
David Setas pitched twice for the Spanish national team in the 1993 Intercontinental Cup. He relieved Xavier Camps in the 3rd with a 7-0 deficit against Bronze Medal winner Japan and gave up 6 runs on 6 walks and 3 hits before giving way to José Larrinaga. Versus champion Cuba, he allowed 3 hits, a walk and 3 runs (2 earned) in one inning, closing out the loss after taking over for Rubén Garcia.
