Biographical Information[edit]
Daniel Ramírez has been on the Peruvian national team.
A native of Venezuela, he became a Peruvian citizen. [1] He was the main DH for Peru in the 2025 Bolivarian Games, also playing one game in right field. He was retired by Colombia's Luis Escobar his first time up then was replaced by Gianmarco Vega. His first hit came off Ecuador's Keiver Cordero. He finished at .133/.235/.133 with one run in six games but Peru won Silver, their best finish ever in baseball in a Bolivarian Games (their only prior medal, a Bronze, had been back in 1947). [2]
