Daniel Manrique was a catcher in the Cuban Serie Nacional like brothers Juan Manrique and Elio Manrique. Daniel played 7 seasons, hitting .248/.340/.402 in 403 plate appearances and allowing 43 steals in 56 tries. His son Marcelo Manrique played for the Salvadoran national team.
