Biographical Information

Daisuke Shioya had a 5.14 ERA in 4 games for the Johnstown Johnnies in 1998, and he was drafted by the Orix BlueWave in the 7th round of the 2002 NPB draft. He pitched 3 shutout innings for the big club in 2003, and he didn't return to the big club again before announced his retirement in 2005.
