Biographical Information

Daiki Shimizu has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Shimizu was drafted by the Nippon Ham Fighters in the 4th round of the 2024 NPB draft; the scout was Noriyuki Takahashi. He pitched 7 games with a 2.25 ERA in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2025, and he made his NPB debut on May 23, 2026 against the Softbank Hawks.
