Biographical Information

Conor Baxter grew up in London before moving to the United States for college. He played sparingly with the Transylvania University Pioneers and graduated in 2023 with a degree in Economics. He then attended Southern Arkansas University (SAU) where he earned a MBA in Business Administration.[1]

After finishing his undergraduate studies, Baxter joined the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod League as a data analyst in the summer of 2023. He followed that by working as a graduate assistant coach with the SAU Muleriders through 2024. Baxter returned to Yarmouth-Dennis in the summer of 2024, this time as an assistant coach.

The Milwaukee Brewers hired Baxter as a development coach for their DSL Brewers Blue squad in 2025 and hitting coach for the same club in 2026.
