Biographical Information[edit]
Charles F. Scherf was a shortstop in minor league baseball who played for the Pocatello Bannocks, Los Angeles Angels, and Phoenix Senators.
Scherf played for Pocatello Bannocks and Los Angeles Angels in 1927, then returned to professional baseball in 1929 with the Phoenix Senators. He also shared the baseball coaching duties at Santa Clara University with Sam Agnew in 1925.[1]
