Biographical Information

Bill Chahley was with Team Canada but did not apparently pitch in the 1971 Pan American Games. His 1.02 ERA for the Edmonton Tigers led the 1968 Alberta Major Baseball League, 1.33 ahead of the runner-up. In 1969, he again led in ERA (1.85), this time by .46. He had records of 4-1, 2.81 in 1970, 4-2, 2.05 in 1971 (4th in ERA) and 4-2, 2.67 in 1972 (6th in ERA).
