Biographical Information

Ayumu Yamamoto was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 5th round of the 2005 NPB draft, and he allowed 13 runs in 11 1/3 innings for the North Shore Honu in the winter of 2006. He also pitched 2 games for the West Oahu CaneFires that season. He only got 5 appearances for the top team before he announced his retirement in 2009.
