Biographical Information[edit]
Arthur G. Rundle was a minor league player and college baseball coach. A catcher[1], he played professionally for the Wilmington Peaches, Williamsport Millionaires, and Fort Wayne Billikens in 1908 and for the Lancaster Red Roses in 1909.
Rundle attended Northwestern University, where he played on the varsity teams in 1901 and 1902[1]. He later returned to Evanston as head baseball coach at Northwestern University from 1909 through 1911. Northwestern's official record book credits him with a 4-25 record during that three-year tenure[2].
