Biographical Information

Akira Shigenaga has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Shigenaga was drafted by the Rakuten Golden Eagles in the 3rd round of the 2025 NPB draft; the scout was Toshiyuki Hesaka. He made his NPB debut on May 2, 2026 against the Softbank Hawks.
