Biographical Information[edit]
Ade Fijth was on the Dutch national team that won the 1971 European Championship, 1973 European Championship and 1975 European Championship; he also was with them for the 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series. With HCAW, he was named Hoofdklasse MVP in 1967. He also played for Sparta. In 1972, he threw a no-hitter against Kinheim, part of a back-to-back no-hitter sequence with John van Westrenen, the only time that had happened in Dutch baseball.
