2018 East Coast Conference Tournament

The 2018 East Coast Conference baseball tournament was held at Mitchel Field in Uniondale, NY. #1 St. Thomas Aquinas College defeated #2 Molloy College for the title. Nicholas Lucchese of St. Thomas Aquinas was named Most Outstanding Player.
