2004 Northeast Conference Tournament
The 2004 Northeast Conference baseball tournament was held at FirstEnergy Park in Lakewood, NJ. #1 Central Connecticut State University defeated #4 Wagner College for the title. Evan Scribner of Central Connecticut was named MVP.
