2004 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Tournament

The 2004 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill, NY. #1 LeMoyne College defeated #3 Manhattan College for the title. Brian Hansen of Le Moyne was named MVP.
