1999 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament

The 1999 Missouri Valley Conference baseball tournament was held May 19-22 in Wichita, KS. #1 Wichita State University defeated #3 Creighton University for the title. Kevin Hooper of Wichita State was named tournament MVP.
