The 1991 Sun Belt Conference baseball tournament was held May 15 - 18 in Jacksonville, FL. University of Alabama at Birmingham defeated Old Dominion University for the title. Pitcher Stephen Johnson of Alabama-Birmingham was named tournament MVP.
