1978 Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention
The 1978 Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention was played at Meiji-Jingu Stadium from November 3 to November 6. 10 High Schools and 8 colleges participated in the tournament. Doshisha University beat Toyo University to win the championship of the college department, and Yanagawa Commercial High School beat Shinko Municipal High School to win the championship of the high school department.
