Biographical Information

Yannid Narváez has been on the Costa Rican national team.

In the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games Central American Qualifier, he allowed four hits, two walks and four runs (all earned) in 2/3 IP against champion Nicaragua, yielding a homer to Elmer Reyes. He came to the US for college, going 1-4 with a 11.74 ERA and 2.48 WHIP in 2024 and 1-1, 10.71 with a 2.28 WHIP in 2025. He was on the Costa Rican team that won Silver in the 2025 Central American Games, matching their best finish ever (39 years prior).
