Longwood University was founded as Farmville Female Seminary Association in 1839 and was known as Longwood College from 1949-2002. Longwood was 0-9 in 1978, its first baseball season, then began a full schedule in 1979. Brian McCullough, Mark Montgomery and Michael Tucker went here.
