Biographical Information

Célia Souidi has been on the French women's national team.

Debuting in the 2022 European Women's Championship, she played one game, starting at second base against the Czech Republic. She grounded out against Tereza Šustrová and had two errors in five chances then was lifted for PH Julianne Laporte. France won the title and moved on to the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup. In that event, she again appeared once, this time as a catcher against Puerto Rico. She was 0-for-2 against Danna Gonzalez before Chiara Enrione-Thorrand batted for her. She made it to France's Division 2 in 2024, competing against men, going 1-for-8 but with 3 walks and 2 times plunked for a .462 OBP; she fielded .938 and threw out 1 of 14 would-be base-stealers.
