Branko Nenadic has been a long-time member of the Croatian national team. In the 1999 European Championship, he hit .250/.400/.313 and threw out 3 of 13 attempted base-stealers as a catcher; after that, he primarily was an outfielder. He batted .154/.241/.192 as Croatia's worst starter in the 2001 European Championship.

Nenadic was 2 for 18 (both hits were doubles) in the 2003 European Championship but drew 6 walks and had 3 runs and 2 RBI. He tied Evert-Jan 't Hoen and Mario Chiarini for 8th in the tourney in walks.

In the 2007 European Championship, Branko was one for nine at the plate. During the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, he hit .333/.389/.733 to help Croatia win a spot in the 2010 European Championship; he had 3 doubles, a homer and 10 RBI in 4 games. He led the tourney in RBI (3 over Dimitar Nassapov and was 3rd with 11 total bases (behind Oren Gal and Slobodan Gales).

Nenadic hit .167/.250/.167 for Olimpija Karlovac in the 2008 European Cup.
