The 1992 Haarlemse Honkbalweek was the sixteenth edition of the Haarlemse Honkbalweek, held every two years. It was held from July 10 to July 19, 1992 in Haarlem, Noord-Holland. Four teams competed in the tournament and the tournament was won by Japan.
