The 1980 Haarlemse Honkbalweek was the eleventh edition of the Haarlemse Honkbalweek, held every two years. It was held from August 12 to August 22, 1980 in Haarlem, Noord-Holland. Five teams competed in the tournament and the tournament was won by the University of Miami.
