One of the greatest third basemen in the Negro leagues, Judy Johnson played for the Hilldale Club, Homestead Grays, and Pittsburgh Crawfords from 1921 to 1936. Born in Snow Hill, MD, there is a statue of him outside the Wilmington, DE minor league stadium
