Takashi Nakajima was an outfielder for three years for Hankyu. He hit .208/.268/.237 as a rookie in 1940. On April 6, he came to bat in eight innings of Hankyu's record-setting 32-2 win over Nankai. Nakajima batted .251/.303/.298 in 1941 and .181/.261/.256 in 1942. He retired with a .213/.276/.261 career line. He later became founder and president of a company in the automobile business.
