Biographical Information

Minor league pitcher Ron Wrona is the older brother of minor league infielder Bill Wrona and major league catcher Rick Wrona. He is the son of Walter Wrona.

Ron went to the University of Tulsa as a catcher, and in his redshirt freshman year (1973) he became a pitcher. He pitched in the Milwaukee Brewers' chain from 1976 to 1978. He then spent 1979 in the Inter-American League before retiring.
