Hilldale Park

From BR Bullpen

Hilldale Park in Darby, PA (an African-American suburb of Philadelphia) was the home park of the Hilldale club for most of its existence. Hilldale played its first game in the park with a crowd of 3,000 on May 16 1914 until the franchise folded in 1932.

Its known dimensions were 315 feet down the left field line and 370 feet in right. There was a large tree that sat beyond the right-center fence and whose branches hung over the fence and were in play.
