Biographical Information

Bryan Delgado played college ball at Grambling State University where he was the Friday night starter. He graduated in 2020 with a degree in criminal justice. Delgado remained at Grambling in the fall of 2020 as a volunteer assistant coach to begin his career in coaching. In the summer of 2021 he was the pitching coach for the Lafayette Aviators of the Prospect League. The next year Delgado served as the development coach for the Trenton Thunder of the MLB Draft League.

The Milwaukee Brewers hired Delgado to work as the development coach for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in 2023. He only stayed with the Brewers organization one season before moving to the Boston Red Sox minor league system as a development coach in the Dominican Summer League. Delgado may have worked for both teams, but is listed with the DSL Red Sox Blue. He continued in his DSL position in 2025. He was pitching coach for DSL Red Sox Blue in 2026.
