		<description><![CDATA[Fifth is an interesting spot in the order because I feel many teams use it for guys who were former #3 or #4 hitters.  Or guys who might otherwise be #3 or #4 hitters but there are even better guys in those spots.  It is almost defined by what it isn&#039;t than what it is.  That is to say, many #5 hitters are put there because they don&#039;t fit the mold of a #1 or #2 hitter (or at least, the perception of what that mold is) and are not quite good enough for #3 or #4.]]></description>
