		<description><![CDATA[If you lower the HR requirement just a bit to 15, you get Chris Davis from Texas in there with his 72 OPS+ (.671 raw OPS).  Of course, he was sent to the minors in early July due to his low OBP.  Maybe he&#039;ll be back in late August or September to finish that hunt for a 30 HR - sub-.300 OBP season.]]></description>
