Scott Klingenbeck allowed 7 runs in 6 1/3 IP for Team USA in the 1990 Baseball World Cup, but four of them were unearned. A year earlier, he had been 1-0 with 1 run (unearned) in six innings in the 1989 World Junior Championship to help the USA win Gold.
