Raymond van Gurp managed the Netherlands Antilles national team in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, helping them win a spot at the 2009 Baseball World Cup. He remained at their helm for the World Cup, the 2010 South American Games and the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games.
