Plattsburgh is located in upstate New York, on the western shore of Lake Champlain, some 50 miles south of Montreal, QC. It was the site of an army training facility during World War I where Eddie Grant received his officer training. Chris Finwood and Kelly Heath were born here. State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Clinton Community College and Plattsburgh High School is located here.
