Pasta -- 2005-08-01
I visited the pasta stand at the park last week and got plastic box, approximately 12x12x3 inches in size filled with my choice of one of three different types of paste covered with one of the three sauces and topped with a meatball about the size of a baseball for about $5.50. I stuffed myself and didn't get more than halfway through the meal. Great value, but most people should think about splitting it.

Feels like a big-league park -- 2004-07-21
Brilliant atmosphere to watch a baseball game. The concessions and the field itself have the feel of a big time Major League stadium. I'd compare that part of Frontier Field to Jacobs Field in Cleveland. But the stands and press box still maintain the feel of the minors. Scoreboards are crisp, the fans love to be there, and everything looks like pro ball. Top ticket price around $9-10 well worth it. You're sitting on top of the field, watching guys one step away from the Majors. A ticket like that in the bigs would probably cost about 4-to-5 times as much. And this feels like a mini major league park.

I Live Nearby... -- 2003-11-28
I live close to the stadium, and get out to the park 3 or 4 times each summer. The promotions are great, and they have plenty of days where famous ball players come to sign and things like that (I got a ball signed by Andre Dawson). It's a really great park, plenty of food, and most of the players are willing to sign.
Now only if the Red Wings could start winning...

Ambiance & Fun for the whole family!! -- 2003-04-22
Frontier Field looks like a smaller version of most of the new MLB parks. Yes, they could have built more roof cover, made the seats a bit wider, but with that said "This Stadium Rocks!". Between the right field line in the (OF) and the seating, there is a grassy knoll where you can sit on a blanket & watch the game, the kids even roll around and play!! The stadium staff has plenty of promotions in between innings. The food, taste above average. You can throw a family or business party on the brick walkway (buffet style I believe) behind the left field wall. Go out to frontier Field for a great time with the family!

Nice park -- 2001-07-11
The park is very nice. I went to the 2000 AAA All-Star Game, and it was a fun time for all. Good home run-catching spots in the outfield, including an outfield berm (are those all the rage these days? There's one at the PawSox park as well). Reasonable prices. The hot dogs aren't the great Fenway Franks I'm used to, but they're okay. There is also a great view of downtown Rochester. I recommend this park to see a baseball game.

Its a lot nicer than Silver Stadium, but there is hardly a roof and the seats are small. Otherwise, it's a great stadium with a nice view of the surrounding city.

Its a pretty darn nice stadium at a pretty darn nice price. Then again I'm speaking as a person used to Shea Stadium. A great way to spend an afternoon.
